Biological features of the formation of meat productivity of rabbits of chin-chilla breed depending on crossing with meat breeds

Rabbit breeding is a special branch of animal husbandry characterized by high fertility and growth intensity. The main way intensification rabbit farming involves such selection measures that adapt populations keeping in industrial conditions, ensure reproductive properties female rabbits, preservation rabbits nests, rate, fattening meat qualities animals. research was conducted on the basis experimental farm Cherkasy Research Station Bioresources National Academy Sciences population chinchilla (Chinchilla) males Gray giant (Gray rabbit), New Zealand white (New rabbit) young obtained from these three combinations. As result research, it found under conditions intensive production meat, combination with breeds increase, namely: – 1.8–5.2 %; milk yield 1.8–7.4 %. weight nest at weaning probably (P < 0.001) higher Chinchilla x 5.29 ± 0.13 kg, which 869 g more than purebred peers breed 380 Great rabbit. best indicators productivity were 1/2Chinchilla 1/2Gray 1/2New origin. groups compared to control group accordingly increased: live 90 days age 4.0 3.8 % (Р 0.05); average daily increases 4.7 5.4 0.05; Р 0.01); waist width 5.6 8.7 0.01). also revealed origin had slaughter exceeded second ( 3.6% first 4.1 %, expenses feed per 1 kg increase 3.85 accordingly; 3.75; 3.7 kg. Crossbred according this indicator prevailed over 2.6 3.9 accordingly.
